The Awareness Intensive is structured to give you all possible support to undertake the journey inward. And, by surrendering to the structure provided, you will give yourself every chance to experience deep transformation and insight.
You will be in silence for the course apart from during the Zen Koan exercise.
You are advised to avoid stimulants such as tea, coffee and smoking for the duration of the course. A special simple diet is made available at the in-house restaurant.
